FDVA invites interested Contractors to submit a bid in accordance with this solicitation. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an Agreement with FDVA for the Alexander Nininger State Veterans’ Nursing Home located at 8401 W. Cypress Dr., Pembroke Pines Fl.33025 (Broward County).The successful Contractor shall provide all labor, services, equipment, tools, materials, parts, and supplies required in the performance of the Agreement. Contractor shall successfully disconnect, remove the existing dish machine (Hobart dishwasher Model CL44E S/N 85-1081315) and dispose of. Contractor will provide and do the reinstallation of items and equipment for one (1) kitchen dish machine (Hobart Conveyor Base Dishwasher model #L44eN-BAS ELECTRIC). Only with the FDVA Contract Managers’ prior written approval, in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications and warranty. Attachment Specifications sheet. Contractor will provide the disconnection, removal, and reinstallation of all mounted, fastened in place, plumbed, and electrical equipment, or all other items necessary to perform the requirements in the agreement. For further specific details, see Section III “Statement of Work”. The term of this Contract shall commence on the date of the Agreement’s full execution. FDVA requires specified services to be completed to the full satisfaction and acceptance of FDVA and any applicable authorities having jurisdiction, full project must be completed before September 01, 2026, and invoicing received.
