NNIS Control (Blue Morel & Cicada)- Hoosier National Forest, IN

Solicitation 12443926Q0248 is a total small business set-aside for the removal and reduction of non-native invasive species (NNIS) within the Hoosier National Forest in Bedford, Indiana. The project focuses on woody NNIS control for Blue Morel and Cicada areas, utilizing cut-stump and foliar herbicide treatments. The period of performance is scheduled from October 12, 2026, to May 31, 2027. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, EPA-approved herbicides, and equipment, including GPS-enabled devices for navigation. Performance is measured by a minimum 90 percent kill rate of target infestations with less than 5 percent mortality to non-target native plant species.
