A room that was previously used for storage had unauthorized work done to convert it into an office space. The room has a roll-up door that a wall was constructed in front of, without properly sealing off the roll-up door or installing insulation between the wall and the door. The sheet rock wall needs to be demolished and the roll-up door needs to be removed and filled in. A complete remodel of the space is needed, including the installation of sprinklers and potential upgrade of the electrical panel. This space is two smaller spaces adjoined into one, requesting a complete remodel of both spaces to create one office space.
