THE NEW SPECIFICATIONS SHALL REFLECT THE FOLLOWING: CLIN 0001: CIAO WIRELESS AMPLIFIERS P/N: CA24-456 QTY: FIFTY-FIVE (55) THE SECONDARY PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO EXTEND THE SOLICITATION ACCEPTANCE PERIOD BY AN ADDITIONAL THREE (3) DAYS IN ORDER TO ALLOW ALL QUOTERS TO REVIEW, REVISE AND RESUBMIT THEIR ORIGINAL SUBMISSIONS FOR BOTH SUBMISSION COMPLIANCE AND PRICING ADJUSTMENT. ***IN ADDITION, ALL PREVIOUS QUOTERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN AND RETURN THIS AMENDMENT AS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE REQUIRED CHANGES. The firm fixed price award will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. DOC, Eastern Acquisition Division requires that all contractors doing business with this office be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made to a company not registered in SAM. Contractors active in SAM have a unique entity identifier (UEI) that is used to do business with the federal government. The Government has a free, non-proprietary identifier that will have to be requested in, and assigned by, the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).
