Delineated Area: Greer, SC as defined by the following boundaries: Point of Beginning: I-85 and Route 29. Travel west along Route 29 to E. Stone Ave. Travel south along E. Stone Ave. to I-385. Travel south on I-385 to I-85. Travel northeast on I-85 to the point of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ANSI/BOMA Office Area (�ABOA�)): 7,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,600 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Surface): Minimum of 35 Land: Minimum of 2 acres of land for Government use, including, but not limited to, operating and maintaining a National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) and Next Generation Weather Radar (NEXRAD) tower and system. Full Term: Minimum of 5 with a maximum of 20 years. Offered space must meet Federal Government�s requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards, per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is requested. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year floodplain. Additional Information NOAA currently occupies office and related space under an existing lease in Greer, South Carolina that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space for its continuing need and is interested in knowing if other potential spaces can meet the Government�s needs and is interested in executing a lease with the Government. In making the determination to lease space, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
