The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located at Highway 160 Mile Post 394.3 Kayenta AZ 86033, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed soul source contract, with one (1) base year + four (4) option years to Henry Schein Practice Solution located at 1220 S 630 E Suite 100, American Fork, UT, Unites States for Dentrix, an Electronic Dental Record (EDR) software system that digitalizes patient records, treatment planning, clinical charting, procedure coding, and patient billing.  


The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Henry Schein Practice Solutions in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an item peculiar to one manufacture.


This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Henry Schein Practice Solutions may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Mr. Brandon Martinez, Contract Specialist, at Brandon.Martinez@ihs.gov by 11:00am (EDT) on Monday May 25, 2026.


Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
