NOI - Whole Genome Sequencing-Sickle Cell Patient

The National Institutes of Health, Office of the Director, Office of Acquisitions, intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order without full and open competition to The Broad Institute, Inc. for whole genome sequencing services under the authority of FAR Part 12.603 and 41 U.S.C. 1901, citing FAR 6.302-3(a)(2)(ii) for sole-source acquisition due to the unique and irreplaceable capability of the offeror.
