The Choctaw Nation Housing Authority is soliciting bids for a non-federal project in Calera, Oklahoma, to replace four interior doors in a 1,400 square foot LEAP home. The scope of work includes removing existing doors and installing four new replacements with equivalent hardware, such as Kwikset, along with new trim and caulking. The contractor is responsible for painting all new doors and trim, as well as repairing, texturing, and painting any drywall affected by the installation to ensure a seamless match. Prospective contractors must visit the project site before submitting a bid, as change orders for conditions that could have been identified during a site visit will not be approved. The project is managed by Case Manager Dallas Ainsworth and Inspector Rex Haines. Bids must be submitted by August 27, 2026, through the Choctaw Nation Housing Authority procurement process.
