Electrical: Remove and replace kitchen and dining can lights. Restore back to proper condition.
Plumbing: Repair/Service Dishwasher back to working condition. Ensure it is working and draining properly before job is completed. Repair leak under kitchen sink. Restore back to working condition.
Fencing: Remove and replace back yard fence. Install new black vinyl chainlink fence, top post, caps, and bottom tension wire. Include double gate on back and single gate on side of home where existing is. Post to be set in concrete.
Rough Carpentry: Replace bottom on kitchen sink cabinet and silicone. stain to match
Windows: Replace master bedroom window screen.
Special Instructions: All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding.
