This is a sale of surplus non-metallic scrap materials, primarily textiles including webbing, rope, nylon, rayon, wool, cotton rags, burlap, osnaburg, canvas, polyester, leather, mattresses, hawser scrap, and sleeping bags, pursuant to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) numbered 33-6025, with the sale location in Columbus, Ohio. The contract has a 36-month base performance period with two optional 12-month extensions, allowing for a maximum total duration of 60 months.
