The Government intends to negotiate solely with Nova Power under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) due to soliciting from a single source not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The NAICS Code is 335999 and the PSC code is J061.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted by accessing the specific notice in the PIEE Solicitation Module by 08 July 2026.
