The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic?s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Nova Power for P/N: UPS1-2.4K-1G-SRNDTI-2E (Qty: 3); the Repair of Uninterruptible Power Supplies for Serial Numbers: 173984, 174002 and 173987. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Nova Power under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) due to soliciting from a single source not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The NAICS Code is 335999 and the PSC code is J061.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted by accessing the specific notice in the PIEE Solicitation Module by 08 July 2026. Questions concerning this notice should be directed to Omar Fraser-Rahim at omar.k.fraser-rahim.civ@us.navy.mil. All responses received by 08 July 2026. will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
