Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Region is inviting Bids for non-winter grader rental with operator, as further set out in Appendix A - RFT Particulars (the 'Deliverables). MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:DEPOSIT: Bidders shall submit a bid deposit totaling the amounts set out below for all Parts on which they are bidding, to act as security for the satisfaction of the conditions of award listed in Part D of this Appendix (RFT Particulars).
