Replacement of four sets of 60x70 wide storefront doors in dark bronze finish, along with all associated hardware. Doors are aluminum frame with tinted glass. Each set of doors should be equipped with 26D finish hardware. The two sets of exterior doors to have surface-mounted vertical rod panic devices (20 series Detex) and outside trim with a storeroom function (Best core capability, trim 09). The two inner double doors should have an exterior pull handle. Door sweeps to be installed at bottom of each door. Threshold to be replaced on all 4 sets of doors.. Door glass to be tinted to match existing storefront glass. Please note, the door closers are new and do not require replacement. The reason for this replacement is that the current hardware is no longer functional due to modifications made over the years. OPTEVFOR is facing difficulties securing the doors at night, which has become a significant security concern.
