- Cut and install SCIF quality entrance door from passageway into Rm 215, in NSA Hampton Roads Building # NH-139. The new doorway must be cut through original build cinder block wall from passageway. New doorway will be located near existing entrance to Rm 215 from Rm 211. - Sound seal passageway wall in Rm 211. This will require replacement of some cinder blocks near Water Bottle filler that were removed for plumbing work and covered only with sheet metal in the passageway. This modification to the NH-139 SCIF is required to meet CMSA LANTs emerging operational mission. Requested modifications will result in adding Rm 211 to the existing Rm. 219 Security Enclave. This plan is the least invasive way to meet growing mission and minimize physical changes to the building floorplan. Plan must meet SCIF security requirements.
