MARFORCOM is requesting to repave Ingersol Ave located behind Camp Allen and parallel to I-564. This section of roadway is currently in poor condition, with numerous potholes, and uneven surfaces, posing a safety risk—particularly during PFT (Physical Fitness Test) and CFT (Combat Fitness Test) activities. MARFORCOM is pursuing two avenues of repair 1. Repaving the red-marked area. 2. Patching both the red and blue-marked areas shown on the map. No EV hazards expected. For best results paving required in late spring early fall or when temperatures are above 50 deg or 70 deg and higher for ideal results. Possible laydown sites are near work area. By paving this or filling in the potholes, it will give the Marines a safe place to run without any hazards.
