The North Carolina Department of Public Safety is soliciting lump sum, single prime proposals for the Cabarrus YDC BAS Renovation project located at the Cabarrus Youth Development Center in Concord, North Carolina. The base scope of work includes the installation of a new Building Automation System, a new fire alarm panel, and a new smoke control system integrated with the existing fire alarm system. Additionally, the project includes two optional alternates: P1 for the replacement of domestic hot water heaters at the YDC facility and P2 for the replacement of domestic hot water heaters at the adjacent JDC facility.
