DESCRIPTION: The Mark Twain National Forest is advertising a project for a Recreation River Access Project on the Ava/Cassville/Willow Springs Ranger District in Missouri. The Contractor will be required to provide all transportation, material, labor, supervision, equipment, operators, tools, supplies, licenses, permits and other incidentals as required in the Schedule of Items and Specifications of the solicitation necessary to accomplish the work as depicted in the drawings and described in the Scope and Specifications. DRAFT portion of Scope is attached. This is DRAFT and subject to change. GOVERNMENT PRICE ESTIMATE: The Government's estimated price range for the total of all items combined is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: Interested parties are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract. There is no cost for registration in SAM when registration is completed on the official SAM website (www.sam.gov). SET-ASIDE: This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction; the Small Business size standard is $36.5 million. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: AG-64R4-S-16-0009 is being issued as an RFP and will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation and related documents will only be issued electronically via FedBizOpps and are expected to be available on or about 04 April 2016. A formal Site Visit will be held on site - date to be determined.
