Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract 17.7 – North Main Pump Station will be received by the City of Laurinburg at City Hall, 303 W. Church Street, Room 221, Laurinburg, North Carolina 28352 until 2:00pm local time on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of renovation of the pump station, including new pumps, valves, piping, wet well coating, electrical equipment, and site improvements. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum or unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for Bidding Documents is Duncan Parnell (https://bidroom.duncan-parnell.com). Documents may be obtained for a purchase price as listed on their website. All payments are to be made to Duncan Parnell. Prospective bidders must purchase Bidding Documents directly through Duncan Parnell in order to be considered an official plan holder. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
