Box 3700, Loveland, CO 80539-3003, ATTN: Benjamin Siltman Physical Address for hand carried quotes/proposals/bids: Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region, 5555 East Crossroads Boulevard, Loveland CO, 80538. The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes the removal of 1 mile of 115-kV and 69-kV transmission line, including 12 structures, installation of 3 government-furnished steel structures, and providing 4 contractor-furnished wood structures and associated transmission lines, with avian line marking devices. The project is located in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska, with a performance period of 120 days after NTP. The estimated order of magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
