North Well Field Final Well Drilling Package - Invitation to Bidders Greenbelt Municipal and Industrial Water Authority (the “Authority”) is inviting qualified Contractors interested in providing necessary services to drill permanent public water wells for the future North Groundwater Well Field. The Authority is soliciting Sealed Bids from interested qualified Contractors. Interested contractors must submit bids no later than 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time October 8 th , 2026 at the office of the Authority (4610 State Highway 70, Clarendon TX, 79226). The Authority reserves the right to reject all bids. A non-mandatory virtual pre bid meeting will be held on September 22 nd , 2026. This contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). Any contract or contracts awarded under this Invitation for Bids are expected to be funded in part by financial assistance from the TWDB. Neither the State of Texas, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), nor any of the departments, agencies, or employees of either agency are or will be a party to this Request for Bids, or any resulting contract. Any contract(s) awarded under this Invitation for Bids is/are subject to the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act requirements of Section 70901 of P.L. 117-58 of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, 2021.
