The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed bids from interested vendors (Bidder) to construct approximately 1000 linear feet of 10' paved shared use path. The path will connect the existing Northend Greenway at Jefferson St to Drake Lane and Roberts Ct, where connections will be made to the sidewalks in addition to curb ramps that allow people bicycling to enter/exit the path from/to the street. The path will be realigned at Jefferson St, and a crosswalk will be installed for the path crossing of the street.
