Replace/ repair eight (8) wooden structures atop of concrete cinder block base, approx. 18' in height, with weather resistant material or replace with self-contained structure with windows and doors. Current structures are wooden sides with windows and doors, 50% have shingles, 50% aluminum siding for roofing. Wooden staircases requiring constant inspections. All repair work is done in house with self-help labor and funds. There is power and phone to each tower that will need inspection and remain. These eight (8) structures are listed as temporary, looking for something to sustain for 5-10 years with limited repairs. See attached for additional information and descriptions.
