The order includes 20 non-recurring engineering units for up to 40GHz RF test sockets, one bond setup fee, and ground shipping, all to be delivered to San Diego, California. This procurement is conducted under simplified acquisition procedures and commercial item authority per FAR Parts 12 and 13, with the NAICS code 334419 and a small business size standard of 750 employees, designated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Acceptance will occur at NIWC Pacific’s San Diego facility, with no formal evaluation factors applied due to the sole-source nature of the award. The contracting office, located in San Diego, California under agency code N66001, is managed by point of contact Sarah Coe, who serves as the sole administrative liaison for this acquisition.
