A Purchase Order was awarded to FCN Inc., on a sole source basis (FAR 6.301-1) The USITC has heavily invested in NetApp for its Enterprise Storage infrastructure. It would be cost prohibitive to the Taxpayer to procure a replacement storage product both in integration costs and retraining of Commission technical staff. NetApp has chosen to offer these parts order through FCN Inc. (original system reseller). These unique part numbers for these storage modules are exclusively offered through FCN to USITC. This is not a publicly available part number. NetApp has made a special exception to offer replacement components at reduced cost to the agency through FCN Inc.
