Government Lease GS-04P-LFL62640 has been extended by Lease Amendment executed on May 18, 2026.  The Amendment extends the Lease for 24-months, from June 21, 2026 through June 20, 2028.  The annual rent of the origina lease (and extension) is below the Simplified Lease Acquisition Threshold (SLAT) and does not require public notice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).  However, the LCO had determined to provide public notice.  The total contract value of the extension is less than $750,000.00.
