--NOTICE OF INTENT

The government intends to issue a sole source purchase order to A+ Integrated Manufacturing Solutions using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This purchase order will cover training for a proprietary software system owned by A+ Integrated Manufacturing Solutions, which they currently license and support. The acquisition will be conducted without full and open competition, as authorized under FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1, and this notice does not constitute a solicitation for offers.
