Full Description

U.S. Department of Energy, Southwestern Power Administration (Southwestern), intends to contract by means other than full and open competition based on brand name justification for the complete ShoreTel Fax Solutions Package in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i). Applicable NAICS code is 517911, small business size standard is 1,500 employees. This notice is not a request for quotes or proposals. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability to accommodate this requirement by e-mailing the Contract Specialist at contact@example.gov no later than 12:00 PM Central Time, October 24, 2013. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement at Southwestern?s sole discretion. This notice in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. Southwestern is not responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this Notice.
