--Notice of Intent

The USA Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Pine Bluff Contracting Division, plans to award a sole source contract to ILC Dover LP for engineering and technical support related to the transition of M40 mask production from private industry to Pine Bluff Arsenal. This sole source action is being pursued under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 13, subpart 13.106-1(b). The contract will focus on ensuring the smooth and efficient transfer of production responsibilities, leveraging ILC Dover LP's existing capabilities. Should no affirmative written response be received within ten days from the publication date, the contract award may proceed exclusively with ILC Dover LP without further notice.
