All deliveries must meet strict security and handling standards appropriate for a federal facility, with protocols in place to maintain product integrity, temperature control, and chain-of-custody accountability throughout the supply chain. Performance is centralized at the FBI headquarters with a ZIP code of 20535, and the contract is managed under the Department of Justice through the FBI-JEH office.
