The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with (small business) Digital Intelligence; 17165 West Glendale Drive, New Berlin, WI 53151 for additional duplication devices required (Tableau TD3). Based on market research, procurements and Government experts in the field, Digital Intelligence is the only vendor that can provide this specialized equipment due to proprietary rights, and there are no authorized resellers. As a result, it has been determined that only this additional equipment required can be provided by Digital Intelligence. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
