Award is for Firm Fixed Price, Single Award, Sole Source contract with Firm Fixed priced CLINs for the services of acquiring Canon Computer Tomography (CT) maintenance services at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germany.

Description of Supplies/Services:
The requirement is for Non-Personal Services. Any resulting contract will be a commercial, non-personal services contract, under which the Contractor will perform as an independent Contractor. The Government will evaluate the quality of service provided but retains no control over the aspects of services rendered (e.g., professional judgments, diagnosis for specific medical treatment). The Contractor shall indemnify the Government for any liability producing act or omission by the Contractor, its employees and agents occurring during contract performance.
