Full Description
This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to Award a Sole Source Modification for a Ceiling Increase under Contract 36C26123D0056. The Government intends to issue a sole source modification to MENTAL HEALTH MANAGEMENT I, INC, per Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The modification will increase the ceiling of the existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract 36C26123D0056 from $6.9M to $9.3M to permit additional Community Nursing Home services to eligible veterans in the area.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.
