The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Elk National Foundation pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) June 17,2026. Point of contact is Naomi Collier via Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov. The proposed order is for video podcast project for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Elk National Foundation 2750 N LAKEVIEW AVE CHICAGO, IL 60614. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710.


A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
