READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole‑source, firm fixed‑price contract to K&L Microwave, LLC, 2250 Northwood Dr, Salisbury, MD 21801, for one (1) Radio Frequency Uplink Filter. Complete technical specifications and performance requirements are provided in the Statement of Work.
This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201. It will be distributed solely through the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for any updates. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 (Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing).
The FBI intends to negotiate and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302‑1(b)(1), “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement and quotation for consideration.
