THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FOR A CISCO VoIP TELPHONE SYSTEM TO ACC TELECOM. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration intends to award a contract for the period of January 30, 2010 through January 29, 2011 to Acc Telecom. This contract will be a on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-3 to satisfy the agency's urgent and compelling requirement. The estimated cost for this requirement is $27,000.00.
