NAVSUP Fleet Logistics San Diego (FLCSD) intents to award a Sole Source contract to Norfolk Machine and Welding, Inc. 1028 W 27th Street Norfolk, VA 23517, in accordance with FAR 13.501 and FAR 6.302-1. This requirement is for the overhaul and repair of a helicopter hangar door system. The proposed contract action is Sole Source only. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability information in response to this notice by 10 June 2021 via e-mail to contact@example.gov. Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
