ASRC Federal Gulf State Contructors, LLC (AFGSC) on behalf of the Government hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole source contract to Action Target, Inc. for indoor firing-range inspection, maintenance and cleaning services.  This requirement include OEM inspection of range equipment, air-filtration evaluation, bullet-trap and berm maintenance, hazardous-material removal, and deep-cleaning/lead-dust abatment.

Action Target is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the installed range systems and is the only known source with the proprietary technical date, specialized equipment, and OEM-authorized technicians required to perform the necessary services without voiding warranties or creating safety risks. Based on market research, no other commercial suppliers are authorized to perform maintenance or inspection services on Action Target range systems.

This notice is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.  Any submission must clearly demonstrate the ability to perform OEM-equivalent maintenance on Action Target systems, including proof of authorization to service proprietary Action Target components.  The Government or AFGSC will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice.

A determination by AFGSC not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Any responses can be sent to Betty Kliewer betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil by the close of this notice.
