The Bureau of Land Management Oregon State Office is soliciting firm fixed-price quotations for annual fire extinguisher servicing and inspection services within the Northwest Oregon District. The contract covers the maintenance of approximately 300 units, with a quantity flexibility of plus or minus 20 percent. The period of performance begins April 15, 2026, and runs through December 31, 2026, with two optional one-year extensions available through December 31, 2028. All servicing must be performed in accordance with NFPA 10 standards, and the government will conduct inspections and formal acceptance at the destination delivery sites. Award will be determined via a trade-off process considering price and other factors to ensure the best value to the government. Contractors must comply with Service Contract Act wage determinations for Clackamas, Yamhill, Lane, Tillamook, Clatsop, Marion, and Polk counties.
