The contractor shall provide Prognostics consortium membership and related text. The contemplated services will be performed at the contractors facility and at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This service includes all labor memb ership expenses for a period of 1 year from date of award. The CALCE has unique expertise and ability not available within the DoD, and regularly performs the type of work required and can satisfy the requirement in the timeframe needed.
