Notice of Intent to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source, to Flight Training International, Inc., 3401 Quebec St., Ste 9150, Denver, CO 80207-2340, for simulated pilot training. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a request for offers. Proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by providing written notification to the point of contact (POC) no later than 12:00 pm (noon) EST, March 29, 2016. Supporting evidence must be furnished in detail to demonstrate the interested parties capabilities to perform the requirement for aircraft dispatch and navigational charting services (NAICS 611512).
