Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (NAVSUP FLCSD) hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to Getinge USA Sales for model 433HC-E bulk sterilizers.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE IS 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing.

There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the government. The government will consider responses received within 3 calendar days of issuance of this notice.
