It is the belief of the Government that this organization is the sole source to fulfill the need of one responsible source to satisfy the agency's requirement. NAG, LLC is the sole retailer for Rugged Machines and the authorized distributor for this specialized OEM equipment, which must integrate seamlessly with existing shipboard hardware developed by the Naval Surface Warfare Center – Philadelphia Division (NSWC-PD). 2. Regulatory and Statutory Authority
