PRE‑SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT NON‑COMPETITIVE
Notice of Intent to Sole Source: WAPA Wide custom, web-based, interactive training curriculum – Ethos Systems, Inc.
The Department of Energy (DOE) / Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) intends to issue a sole source award, under the authority of RFO FAR 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures for Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services (IAW 41 U.S.C.1901 Simplified Acquisition Procedures), to ETHOS SYSTEMS,INC., of Redwood City, California.
This is a sole source acquisition to Ethos Systems, Inc., uniquely qualified to provide a “Custom, web-based, interactive training curriculum to be delivered as a fully compiled, sharable content objective reference model Self-Contained and Mobile Accessible (SCORM) conformant package” for Western Area Power Administration.
