Notice of Intent to Award – Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements


The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF) in Chinle, Arizona intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with two Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) vendors, Bighorn Ridgerunners, LLC and HHB Builders and Supply CO., for miscellaneous maintenance hardware and supplies, inclusive to building supplies, lumber, materials, plumbing, electrical on an as-needed basis.


The anticipated period of performance is 1 three-month base period plus 3 three-month option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 444140- Hardware Retailers with a small business size standard of $16.5.


No further awards will be made unless the need for the maintenance department at the Chinle Service Unit, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with Part 12.201-1(e)(3)(i)(A), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition.
