Notice of Intent to Award – Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Service Unit in Crownpoint NM, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with John W.Gasparini, Inc UEI: RLVNJFLMQJ87, Johnstone Supply Inc P29AHKTM5W52, State Supply Co. Inc UEI: YC7HMKAC1CH, W.W. Grainger Inc. UEI: DBQGN324ULK3, Gallup Lumber & Supply Co Inc. UEI: L5S6AMCTNJV3, Clifton Electric Co Inc. UEI: FGM3FLY97U41 And Bighorn Ridgerunners UEI: L773U1K5BJR3, for Building Maintenance, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Hardware Supplies on an As Needed Basis.
