Description of Requirement:


The 187th Fighter Wing at Dannelly Field Air National Guard Base in Montgomery, Alabama, has a requirement for the installation of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Access Control Systems (ASN) at multiple locations on the installation. The scope of work includes:


  • Installation of Alarm Technology, including IDS, ASN, and CCTV systems at the Pass & ID/Main Gate, building 1203, Building 1312, and Building 1502 BDOC.
  • Installation of specific equipment including 12-Port switches with PoE, Infraguard 2 LAN Panels, Pole-mounted PTZ cameras, a 43" Monitor and Video Wall.

The required work is highly specialized and requires proprietary knowledge and equipment of Advantor Systems to ensure compatibility, interoperability, and continued functionality of the existing security infrastructure at Dannelly Field ANG Base. Advantor Systems is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and possesses the unique capabilities and proprietary data required to perform this work without causing significant disruption, data loss, or system failure. No other source has the requisite knowledge, proprietary information, and access to parts to perform these services.


Submission of Information:


This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit a capability statement. The capability statement must be submitted electronically to the Point of Contact listed below by the response due date of this notice. The statement must include:


  1. Company name, address, CAGE code, and DUNS number.
  2. A detailed description of the company's capabilities to meet the requirements of the SOW, including specific experience with Advantor systems.
  3. Evidence of the ability to provide the required proprietary equipment and software.
  4. Past performance information on similar contracts.

The Government will consider all capability statements received by the response date.
