The software is used to manage digitization workflows and post-capture image processing and is fully integrated with NLM scanners, its internally developed Digital Project Quality Assurance System, and workflows for ingesting master images and derivative files into the NLM Digital Repository. The requirement includes continued software licensing, maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure the existing installation remains operational, compatible with Windows 11, and compliant with NLM security requirements.
