Notice of Intent to Award Sole-Source FY21 Standalone for SEER Software and SEER Hardware Services The NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) at Stennis Space Center in Mississippi intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price task order to purchase (1) new SEER for Software license and renew maintenance service for (7) existing SEER for Software and (9) existing SEER for Hardware licenses to Galorath Incorporated of 222 North Pacific Coast Highway, Suite 1700 in El Segundo, California. Galorath Inc. is the publisher and original equipment manufacturer of SEER by Galorath products. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.3 -Other Than Full and Open Competition 6.302-1, as authorized in Chapter 41, Section 3304 of the U.S. Code, the NSSC has determined the items required by the agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of items will satisfy agency requirements, thereby precluding consideration of a product manufactured by another company. The North American Industy Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this activity is 511210 - Software Publishers. The Government intends to acquire commercial service items following the policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort to not later than 1:00 PM CT on 26 August 2021, to the following email addresses: nicolas.a.zogaib@nasa.gov nssc-elmt@nasa.gov Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis.
