The Department of Treasury, Departmental Offices (DO), Procurement Services Division (PSD) intends to negotiate a sole source contract for DLX Database subscription services to Haver Analytics, 60 E. 42nd Street, Suite 3310, New York, NY 10165-0006. Currently, the Haver databases are an integral tool in the work of the Treasury Department, and are unique in their approach to providing the data necessary for Treasury to perform its duty. They work seamlessly with Excel, Word and PowerPoint and a number of econometric and statistical packages commonly used for economic and financial analysis. Haver Analytics is the sole provider of the DLX software. There are no authorized resellers to sell or support this product. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a 12 month period of performance from October 1, 2010 through 30 September 2011. This requirement is Subject to Availability of Fiscal Year 2011 Funds. The NAICS code is 518210 and size standard is $25,000,000.00. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.302.
