N66001-23-P-6063 This requirement is for delivery of ATC-2036-IM plasma ion milling system, which comes with a main deposition chamber, vacuum pumping, ion source, vacuum gauge package, tiltable substrate holder with H2O/LN2 (water or liquid nitrogen) cooling, gas handling, pressure control, power distribution, pneumatic controls, computer control, and a closed loop chiller. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency.
